When Can I Start Using My Rewards Money?
You can access your Rewards money in your C2S Wallet account after a waiting period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. Note that any returns made within this period will result in a reduction of your Rewards money balance.

C2S is a platform that connects clients with independent, owner-operator professionals (BeePros) who offer services at times that work best for them. BeePros sets their schedules, allowing you to choose a professional based on their skills and availability.

What is the Difference Between At Your Doorstep and Economy?
At Your Doorstep – Enjoy the convenience of possessing a BeePro come directly to your location for the service.
Economy – This option offers a 10% discount, but the service will be performed at your BeePro location. Please note that Economy bookings may not always be available, and specials, offers, or insurance plans are not applicable.
Both services are provided by the same skilled BeePros, using the same Mobile Salons and Clinics, so the quality of your experience remains the same.

Can I Change My Booked Appointment?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate other customers.

How Do I Add a Service to My Booked Appointment?
Your appointment is tailored to the services you select, and each service has specific time requirements. Adding a service to an existing appointment may not always be possible, especially close to the scheduled time.

If your current appointment cannot accommodate an additional service, you will need to place a new order and cancel the existing one.
Failure to cancel an order will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged in full.
Can I Cancel a Service from My Booked Appointment?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but it is not possible to cancel individual services from a booked appointment. Instead, you will need to cancel your current order and place a new one.

Can I Cancel or Reschedule My Appointment?
We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth and fair process for both customers and Pros, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or skip a service.
Cancellation Policy:
Notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any charges.
Less than 24 hours but no later than 2 hours before the appointment, 25% of the service fee will be charged.
Less than 2 hours before the appointment or no-show 100% of the service fee will be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to your credit or debit card within 5-7 business days.

Before Purchasing a Membership
We advise you to check the services offered by your Personal BeePro, as some BeePros may offer multiple services. For example, a BeePro might offer both Barbering and Hair Styling, saving you money. This ensures you select the right membership for the services you need, saving you even more.
How to Use Your Membership
Your membership is valid for one Personal BeePro and the services they offer. To access services from a different BeePro, you must purchase a separate membership for that BeePro.
Your membership is valid for 6 months and will automatically renew unless you opt-out at least 24 hours before it expires.
You can cancel your membership at any time before it ends, but any remaining time will be forfeited.
C2S must have your valid ID on file to confirm your identity.
Memberships are individual and non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, shared orders, or insurance plans. No refunds or exchanges are available.

Do You Accept Medical Insurance?
You may be able to use your medical insurance to cover some of BeePros’ services. This option is available with select BeePros only. To learn more, please consult your BeePro.
Any Benefits for Using Medical Insurance with C2S ?
C2S rewards you with 9 (nine) BeeCard points for each use of Medical Insurance. Each point is worth $1.00 and can be used to pay for BeePro services, MY HOME, OTHER SERVICES, or BeeBoutique products. Please note that these points cannot be converted to cash.

How Do I Add Money to My BeeCard?

What is Auto-Reload?
Auto-reload is a feature that automatically transfers and reloads funds to your account when your balance falls below a set amount, ensuring you’re always ready to pay for orders using the app. You can set it up in the Payment section and choose the credit or debit card you’d like to use.

Once the dollar value is loaded onto your BeeCard, the transaction cannot be reversed.

Your account balance will also appear on your receipt after each transaction. Be sure to keep your receipts and regularly review your online statement to stay updated.
What's the Maximum Amount I Can load Into My Account?
The maximum you can load in a single transaction is $400.00. The total account balance cannot exceed $500.00 at any time.
